1. Scope of Service

Kashef provides a cloud-based laboratory operations platform for managing branches, workflows, users, and related business functions.

  • Access is provided as a subscription service.
  • Feature availability may differ based on your selected package.

2. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered in the system and for protecting account credentials.

  • Do not share account access with unauthorized persons.
  • Use the platform in compliance with applicable healthcare and data regulations.

3. Data & Privacy

Your laboratory data remains your property. Kashef processes and stores data to deliver the service, improve reliability, and maintain security.

We apply reasonable security controls; however, you must also follow strong internal access and password policies.

4. Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation

Subscription fees follow the selected plan cycle (monthly or yearly). Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation terms are handled according to your active package.

  • Trial periods, if available, are time-limited.
  • Outstanding dues must be settled before final termination.

5. Support and Availability

Kashef provides technical support and maintenance updates. Planned maintenance windows may temporarily affect availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kashef is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or interruptions caused by factors beyond reasonable control.

7. Updates to This Agreement

This Service Agreement may be updated periodically. Material updates will be reflected on this page.
